CRM Manager (m/f/d)

As a CRM Manager (m/w/d), you’ll develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (e-mail, push campaigns & more) to enhance customer engagement and maximize revenue. You’ll work closely with MarTech, Data & Product Marketing to design user journeys and implement personalization strategies.

As a CRM Manager, you will play a key role in our customer-centric CRM team. Your mission: Deliver the right message at the right time through the right channel – ensuring seamless and impactful customer communication.

You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our multichannel CRM campaigns (email, in-app messaging, newsfeed, and more) across all products and markets. By continuously refining our CRM strategy, you will ensure it effectively contributes to our company goals – from increasing customer retention to maximizing revenue and profitability.

-       Develop and optimize the CRM roadmap to drive long-term success

-       Expand and manage the CRM database, implementing A/B testing for continuous improvement

-       Lead new CRM initiatives and oversee campaign execution across multiple channels

-       Analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and enhance user engagement

Your Profile:

-       2+ years of CRM experience (B2C, SaaS experience is a plus)

-       Proficient in Emarsys and familiar with project management tools like Jira

-       Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach

-       Business-driven & customer-focused, with a passion for optimizing user experiences

-       Fluent in German (B2-Level) and C1-level English
